Easter isn’t too far away which means, for those of us who enjoy stepping into Spring and celebrating Easter – whether for chocolate egg, knitting or the traditional messaging and the end of Lent, its a reason to get excited! As a fairly new knitter, holidays and occasions are a great opportunity to seek out some good patterns and learn new stitches and skills. I have put together a list of Easter-themed knits for you to enjoy making!
A Easter Chick (or Chicken!) Knitting Pattern

Prima’s Easter Chick Pattern is made in a super soft Merino blend yarn and a fluffy polyamide to create the illusion of feathers. This is the perfect make to get out each year, or gift a loved one.

Knitted Easter Eggs
A lovely simple pattern that is quick and easy to make, Craft Fix’s flat knit Easter egg ticks all the boxes. We also love that you can create your own designs patterns and use up that stash of waste yarn like there is no tomorrow. If you’re wanting to knit a basket for your egg or give some little chocolate eggs a home, check out this free pattern from All Free Knitting.
